Baywash Cleaning offers superior cleaning solutions to the Namibian market. We commenced trading in 1999 as Baia Cleaning and changed the name to Baywash in October 2007. In 2008 we started distributing the Deluxe Chemical brand.

Baywash offers you a hassle free service that add value to your organization. Cleaning different facilities demand different expertise, different skills and different areas of focus. To accommodate this we focus on the correct empowerment, employment and site-specific training. We supply services to a multitude of sectors including food processing, industrial, corporate, commercial and hospitality.

Our Team

At Baywash Group we strongly believe that the success of a contract lies within the management. Our management teams are hands-on and focused on providing quality services and products to our valued clientele.

The main responsibilities of the management teams are as follows:

Develop, maintain and oversee work schedules for each cleaner & pest controller
Organize relief staff when required
Ensure adequate supply of chemicals, consumables and equipment
Industrial relations and disciplinary actions when necessary
Attend to staff welfare requirements
Quality control through regular site inspections (scheduled and non-scheduled)
Administration of staff pertaining to contract (attendance registers, payment of wages, uniforms and orders)

Our Managers possess strong organizational and motivational skills and are able to liaise with people on all levels. They are expected to visit each contracted site on a regular basis (at least once a week)
